(New) Rules to Live By

  1. No eating after 8pm
  2. Almost all vegan/vegetarian (I have to eat meat because I’m allergic to potatoes, wheat, corn, nickel, and soy) 
  3. Staying under my 800calorie/day limit
  4. Limit alcohol drinking
  5. Work out on days where I don’t work both jobs
  6. Tone arms, legs, and tummy daily (no matter what)
  7. Drink 50oz of water a day (at a minimum)
  8. If I’m going to eat, eat in the morning
  9. Never give up on your dreams
